Results of Bayader Group for 2017
· The turnover of the holding is 6.5 billion UAH, the annual increase of sales in 2017 was 14%.
· The company paid 2.95 billion UAH of taxes, including the excise duty - 2.13 billion UAH.
· Export - 660 thousand daL, which is 44% better than the previous year.
· Including Duty Free - 191 thousand decaliters, double increase in sales volumes comparing to previous year, number 1 in Ukraine.
· Import - 658 thousand daL, the increase was 17% in daL and 30% in UAH.
· Investments in production - 35 million USD, of which 10 million UAH increase in the area of vineyards and 25 million UAH in automation and innovative production solutions.
· Marketing - 3 new alcohol categories have been opened and 5 brands have been created.
Bayadera Group confirms the status of the largest alcohol holding in Eastern Europe.
Consistent steps in the strategic development of all areas of the company, right decisions in the operational and financial sector, bold marketing moves give a positive dynamics in the market.
The National Vodka Company for the tenth consecutive year ranks the first in Ukraine in the production and sales of vodka products with a market share of 32.4% (GSAT). In 2017, the company poured 83 million bottles vol. 0.5 liters. Significant investments in automation and innovation of production processes allowed the issuance of new brands with unique recipes: Fresh Shot cocktail vodka, Jarovska nut beater, orange Spruzzo aperitif.
The wine and grape association of companies Koblevo, having the largest areas of vineyards in Ukraine, continues to invest in raw materials. Following the priority of quality and naturalness of production in 2016-2017, 148 hectares of new seedlings of grapes were planted, and the total harvest was 9.8 thousand tons of grapes in 2017, which is 16% more than in the previous year. The effective vector of development allowed to increase export 5 times and amounted 25 million UAH. There was a peak record in the number of new recipes developed for ordinary quiet and sparkling wines - more than 30 types. PJSC Koblevo ranks the first in Ukraine with a market share of 12% in wines (GSAT sales) and 48% in vermouth (RTRI).
Mykolayiv Cognac Factory increased production and sales of cognacs and brandy by 10%. At the end of 2017, the enterprise took a share of 12% of the market (implementation of the GSAT). The main investments were directed to the expansion of the capacitive park for the laying of cognac spirits.
The export direction remains a priority in the development of the holding. The share of NVK in the export of vodka is 23.6%. A significant increase in the volume of supplies (+ 44% by 2016) is due to the opening of new markets in countries of Asia and America, as well as concentration of efforts in the Duty Free formats. The geography of export includes more than 30 countries, the current year new contracts have been implemented in England, New Zealand, Taiwan and Martinique.
Import has shown considerable steps forward. The overall growth in sales volume was 17% in the daL and 30% in UAH. The portfolio of import has more than 80 brands. The greatest success was achieved in the sales of the following brands: Diageo + 40%, Rémy Cointreau + 27%, Moët Hennessy + 20% in monetary terms.
Marketing. Deep analytical research of the market and consumers, innovative flavoring solutions in a team with production technologists, harmonious start of distribution and effective advertising promotion allowed opening new alcohol categories and creating new brands.

- In 2018, the strategic plans of the holding remain extremely ambitious. We will pay a lot of attention to the development of export and expansion in new countries, the development of new alcohol categories in Ukraine, the creation of modern brands. In the near future we plan active promotion in the markets of Asia and the USA. This applies to both existing brands and to the new launches of special ones - for individual countries. It's not just about vodka, but also about other types of alcohol, because we have accumulated a huge expertise in creating successful brands in Ukraine and now it's time to actively move beyond it.
